- Mock dataset CSVs for both tracks, with schema documentation
- A baseline starter notebook for each track
- Data model diagrams

#### Reference Partners
**Track 1 (Inter-Org Referral and Care Coordination):** Mock data is modeled on a constellation of Victoria social services organizations. The framing is grounded in conversations with Cool Aid Society and with volunteers and lived-experience advocates from across the sector.
**Track 2 (Food Security Delivery Operations):
** Mock data is modeled on FatiCare operations. Harjas Popli, Founder of FatiCare, will be on site at kickoff and on the judging panel Saturday.
