Requirements
#### What to Build
Build a working prototype that addresses a real problem inside one of the two tracks. Prototypes can take any form: web app, data tool, internal dashboard, workflow automation, AI agent, API, mobile app. Pick the form factor that fits the problem. Quality of the match between the problem and the build matters more than technical complexity.
Teams of 1 to 2. Form solo or on the spot Monday night.
All hackathon-specific code must be written during the event window. You can use any open source libraries, any AI model or platform, and any pre-existing framework or boilerplate as a starting point. The logic that makes your build yours has to come from this week.
#### What to Submit
Submit a Devpost project that includes:
1. A 3 to 5 minute demo video (YouTube or Vimeo) walking through the problem and the build
2. A public GitHub repository (or equivalent) with a README explaining how to run the project
3. A short writeup covering:
- Which track you chose and which specific problem you tackled
- What you built
- How a frontline operator would use it on a real Monday morning
- What you would ship next with one more week
4. Names and contact/social info
Submission window opens at kickoff Monday Apr 20 and closes Saturday Apr 25 at 11:00am PT.
